  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes
  • Place cool white pad on breast, inside bra
  • Wear 30-40 mins until pads become clear
  • Return to fridge to cool for next use

80° Go / Blush Gal Pals

  • These Gals are ready to go!
  •  Place cool white pad on breast, inside bra
  • Wear 30-40 mins until pads become clear
  • Re-cool at room temp (no fridge needed!)
