Return Policy

Try an Opal product and return within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund if not completely satisfie. Products can be used but all returns must have all labels still attached. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price minus shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest return via trackable common carrier. Please email Katie@xenatherapies.com for a return authorization.
