58° Therapy -Put these friends in the fridge for 20 minutes before use. These Opal Gal Pals are your partners for pain relief and a quick cool down. They maintain their 58° F chill factor for about 30 minutes.  Place the cool white pads directly on your breast.  Refrigerate to reactivate.  

Scientific studies suggest 58° F is the optimal cooling temperature for safe, effective cool therapy.  Opal Cool’s PCM stays comfortably cool without the known risks of using ice-based products: skin burns, frostbite, tissue and nerve damage.
