How to use

Refrigerate to activate

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to activate cooling.

Put directly on your skin

Place directly on skin, and use adjustable straps to provide compression and hold in place.

Relax and chill out

Wear for 1 hour or more.

Wash and reuse

Wash with warm soap and water (as needed). Air dry.
